A waybill (also called a delivery note) is the list of goods that travels with a delivery. It shows who sent it, who it's going to, and exactly what's inside — so the receiver can check nothing is missing and sign that it arrived in good condition. It usually has no prices on it.
What to put on a waybill
- Your business name and phone number, and a waybill number.
- The receiver's name (and address or bus park, in the item list or message).
- Every item and its quantity.
- A space for the receiver to sign and date on delivery — this generator adds it automatically.
